Taking It To The MMAT: Escape from North South

Here is a couple of pretty cool moves that are shown when you are in the bottom position of the North/South. You usually end up in this position if you shot in, and someone sprawled on you. These are actually escapes, combined with a Reversal which is pretty cool. Check them out.

I’m really trying to work on the takedown aspect of my game, so you guys may be seeing several videos which are centered around takedowns for a while. Here is a great one from Taking it to the MMAT.
