Randy Couture Seminar at Xtreme Couture – Toronto May 7th
Interested in hitting the mats with one of the greatest MMA of all time? Randy The Natural Couture will be conducting a hands on seminar at Xtreme Couture Toronto on May 7th between 6-8 pm. There will also be a meet and greet from 8-10 pm, at which time you will get to interact with this UFC Hall Of Fame legend.
The seminar is priced as follows, $75 for Xtreme Couture members and $100 for non-members. The seminar is limited to the first 100 people that sign up. The meet and greet is open to the public. Autographs and photographs will be allowed at the meet and greet.

Paradise Warrior Retreat 3 Day MMA Seminar
I found this 3 day seminar which looks pretty interesting. It is with some Top MMA coaches for fighters such as GSP, Rashard Evans, Nate Marquardt, Kenny Florian, Patrick Cote and Michelle Waterson. The actual coaches are: Mark DellaGrotte, Greg Jackson, Shawn Thomkins, Dave Camarillo and Ricardo Liborio. Also, the events have been known to have guest fighters appear such as Antonio Nogoueira, Jon Fitch, Bas Rutten, Pat Millitech, Chuck Lidell, BJ Penn and more. Now, I seriously doubt that all those guys will be there. Most likely they have been there at past events, and probably no more than 1 big name guest per event. It seems pretty promising, and it’s something I am considering when it comes to the East Coast. Here is the pricing, schedule and other information:
