UFC® Fan Expo™ will be holding a number of Training & Development Sessions with UFC® & WEC® fighters and leading MMA Coaches. These interactive Sessions will encompass strength and conditioning, nutrition, and various mixed martial arts skills, while allowing fans the opportunity to learn a variety of fighting techniques including Muay Thai and Kickboxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jutsu, Tae Kwon Do, and much more. Check back soon for additional sessions that will be added to the lineup
Please Note: Seating for each Training & Development Session is limited and tickets will be sold to the first 100 registrants at $150 per session.

Join Frank Mir for this interactive session where fans will have the opportunity to participate in an informative Q&A session and training demonstration highlighting a number of techniques including MMA, Standup, and Jiu Jitsu. Join Brandon Vera as he instructs on the Thai clinch for MMA. Brandon will focus on the fundamentals of controlling, striking and takedowns in the clinch. 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Join Urijah Faber, the infamous California Kid, as he teaches some of his favorite techniques and showcases his talents in excellent submissions, strong takedowns, and lightning-fast hand speed. Join Jens “Lil Evil” Pulver and his head coach Tony Fryklund as they lead an exciting 2 hour seminar featuring dirty boxing and transitional MMA. 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm Join Matt "The Terror" Serra as he demonstrates techniques that have allowed him to excel in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission wrestling, and inside of the Octagon®. This session will include well rounded Brazilian-Jiu-Jitsu techniques for beginners as well as the advanced student. 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Join Eddie “The Twister” Bravo as he gives a step-by-step breakdown of one of his Rubber Guard setups and describes in detail the triangle choke that he used on Royler Gracie in the 2003 Abu Dhabi Submission Wrestling Championships. 9:00 am – 11:00 am "THE COACH" Shawn Tompkins will be running a 2 hour seminar focusing on MMA Training Drills to optimize your training to be become the Ultimate Fighter. There are tons of exciting things to do at this event including training and dvelopment workshops, autograph signings and meet and greets with UFC stars, product giveaways, a grappling tournament, and of course UFC 100 will be that weekend as well.
