MMA Conditioning Coach Certification

Since I am a coach/trainer, I am always looking for new training techniques, drills, etc to pass along to my students in their training. As I was searching for some MMA Drills recently, I found that Frankie Edgar’s MMA Strength and Conditioning coach has recently released a book in coordination with a training program. This is something that both students and instructors can benefit from. For those of you who own a school or personal training business, it’s also a great way to incorporate MMA Conditioning into your current curriculum. I watched a couple of the videos, and they are pretty cool. In fact some popular MMA Fighters such as Brandon Vera appear in the videos.
