Randy Couture Seminar at Xtreme Couture – Toronto May 7th

Interested in hitting the mats with one of the greatest MMA of all time? Randy The Natural Couture will be conducting a hands on seminar at Xtreme Couture Toronto on May 7th between 6-8 pm. There will also be a meet and greet from 8-10 pm, at which time you will get to interact with this UFC Hall Of Fame legend.

The seminar is priced as follows, $75 for Xtreme Couture members and $100 for non-members. The seminar is limited to the first 100 people that sign up. The meet and greet is open to the public. Autographs and photographs will be allowed at the meet and greet.

This includes Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muaythai and Wrestling as

I got this one out a little late. I just found out about it this week. It is next weekend if anyone is going to be in Vegas already. He has had these before, and I am planning on going at some point although I won’t be making this one.

Attire / Gear:

No Gi! Everyone is expected to bring (or buy here) fight shorts,
a cup, a mouthpiece, shinpads, boxing gloves, hand wraps and
MMA gloves.
Times:

Friday November 20th – 7 pm – 9 pm

Saturday November 21th – 10 am – 3 pm (lunch from 12-1)

Sunday November 22th – 10 am – 12 noon

Randy “The Natural” Couture plus other Top MMA Trainers.
Seminar Focus:

There will be 8 hours of instruction over 3 days focusing on
Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Wrestling as they apply to
MMA.

Randy will talk to the group about mental skills as well as an
autograph signing and photo session on Sunday to wrap up the
class.

All sessions will be followed by a Q&A session.

The Xtreme Camp is open to people of all skill levels.
Xtreme Bonus:

Everyone will receive a Xtreme Couture Hand Wraps and a
camp notebook with drills and nutrition tips composed by Randy.

Campers can also participate in all our regular XCMMA classes
at no additional charge

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the high demand of these camps all cancellation
requests must be at least 2 weeks prior to event. If you cancel
within the 2 week window you will be charged 50% of the camp
fee, less than a week notice will be charged 75% of the camp
fee, sorry no exceptions.
Note: ** Randy is fighting the prior week, if Randy is unable to train we will have another top MMA instructor leading the camp **

Kit Cope Talks Gina Carano Sex Tape And Rips On Xtreme Couture

I dunno, I was kinda a Kit Cope fan until I heard this radio interview. He definitely offended a bunch of Gina Carano fans with this interview. The Muay Thai specialist with a 1-4 MMA record trashes Xtreme Couture. He also says Carano has no shot of beating Cyborg if she continues to work at Xtreme Couture. And mentions that he has possession of a sex tape between I do respect that he is a Master Toddy student though, and he is loyal to him.
